Poster Preparation and Presentation Rules
Poster size 60 (horizontal) x 90 (vertical) cm. and it must be in one piece.
-Posters should consist of summary, introduction, method, findings, conclusions and discussion sections and sources should be specified.
There is no color limitation in poster preparation. Images and photographs that increase the visuality can be used in color.
-Posters will have their own poster prints.
- Organization officers will help poster owners in poster hanging.
- Poster owners should be present in the poster area reserved for them during the period specified in the program and should inform the participants about their work.
-Posters must be removed after the specified period for the poster presentation has expired.
ABSTRACT WRITING RULES
- The title of the article should be 14 points, bold, centered. After the title, Times New Roman, 10 points, the name and surname of the authors should be given in line with the middle, Times New Roman, 9 points should be written as “University name, Faculty name, City, e-mail, mobile phone number.
-Summary; short purpose, material and method should be explained and written in an effective way, including findings and discussion.
- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words, and the summary should be Times New Roman, 12-point line spacing of 1.5 in congress languages. Margins should be prepared as top, bottom and right margins 2.5 cm and left margin 3 cm.
After the summaries, there should be a maximum of 4 keywords.
The form of the paper should be stated in the abstract.
